Processing Time: After receiving your order, our team will process it within 5 hours to 32 hours to ensure that you receive your purchased products as soon as possible. Our team will work hard to ensure that all orders are processed promptly and efficiently. We have 8 overseas warehouses around the world, and the goods can be received in 2 to 5 days, depending on the distance from your address to the warehouse. We appreciate your understanding on this matter.

Shipping Fees: Our shipping fees are calculated based on weight and destination. The applicable rate will be displayed at checkout before you can complete your purchase. Currently all of our products are free shipping. If new products are launched later, the shipping fee settlement rules will still be settled based on weight and destination. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking: Once your order is processed and shipped, a confirmation email will be sent with tracking information. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your delivery. Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Dwluxelust is responsible for any customs and taxes incurred by your order. All costs incurred during shipping will not be borne by the customer, so don't worry about these issues.

Damage Dwluxelust is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order is damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
